Then after that it all kicked off, I found my self booked most weekends at events in and around Glasgow, such as Full 4orce,Awol,HardKandi,Mayhem,Energy,DJ's Crib, Hardcore Virus, Dance Core, Elements, Raver Island, Hardcore Destination, Twisted & Brainfire
Where did the name come from? My name came from my army days,it was my nickname. What gave you that initial push? Would have to say my good m8t Johnny 4orce.
Did the Djing, Production, Promoting come 1st? Production, djing then promoting. Who’s throwing the best parties at the moment? Fantazia, MOH, Twisted & Brainfire loads of good nights out there at the moment. What was the first event you ever played at/put on? Full 4orce @ Archaos brilliant night. What’s the best event you’ve played at/put on? Hardcore Destination, Twisted & Brainfire. So how is the scene in your eyes at the moment? The scene seems to be doing good at the moment, with events on all over the place, loads of great dj, producers, promoters. What's is your real name if you use an alias and how old are you? Steve Bell and I'm 24  
Where do you live? Renfrew just outside Glasgow
What can you remember of playing/being at a Fantazia? The lazers. How big is your vinyl collection? What do you think of CDJ's? My vinyl collection is adverage,CDJ's are great peace of kit, I love them.
Other DJs you rate? All the main players, Scott Brown, Re-con, Breeze, Darren Styles, Squad-e ,loads of other dj's, Johnny 4orce,Paul Neilson and MC Speirsy.
What are your feelings on the MC's? I think mc's can be a good thing, as long as they know what there doing, heard many a mc going so wrong.
What do you do outside of the dance music scene? Hold down a partime job, and also go to college, and also spend time with my girlfriend Cheryl.
What advice would you give to up and coming DJs/Promoters? It can be a hard game, so just stick at it, work hard and it will pay off. |
