DJ BreezeDJ Breeze first got into the dance scene at the age of 15. It was 1985 and Mark Breeze was draw into the studio to work with a rap artist they produced a track that was to be engineered by the infamous Double Trouble at Noisegate Studios, London.
After this DJ Breeze dreamed of working full time in the industry. DJ Breeze's first residency was at the much acclaimed Langtrys club in Beckenham, Kent.
DJ Breeze instilled a fresh, new, fast and frenzied electronic dance music to the clubbing scene. This style was to become known as Acid House and went on to send shock waves throughout the music scene, permanently changing clubbing culture forever.
During this time the dance scene literally exploded and Breeze continued to enjoy DJing and paving the way with the latest, most energetic and ground breaking styles to become a crowd puller in his own right, thus marking his name as a firm favourite with regular promoters, such as Taste, Fruit and Sweat to name just a few. This exposure and ever increasing popularity made Mark hot property throughout the dance scene, enabling him to develop permanent contracts with leading big fish promoters such as GodsKitchen after moving to Northampton in 1994.
As the rave scene in England started to boom in 1994, Breeze teamed up with a long term producer and friend, Mickey Skeedal. Keen to continue making dance music but this time in a hardcore style, Breeze and Mickey produced the unforgettable and now classic track Your love hits me like thunder / Miles ahead, which enjoyed success with the award winning Essential Platinum label, pioneered by DJs Dougal and Hixxy.
Having relied on instincts built from the wealth of first-hand experience gained from the roots of modern dance music, this first release unsurprisingly made a massive impact and finding himself in high demand, an opportunity to produce full time with fellow big name artists such as Dougal, DNA and Elogik was welcomed with both hands. Demand for his new tracks grew greater by the day and the need for greater production freedom was to be resolved by Breeze forming Infinity Recordings, another of the leading Hardcore Labels which 5 years on, keeps him as busy as ever and boasts at least 25 releases to date, including tracks such as Jump a Little Higher, Run to me and I Feel You. This obvious success and dedication lead to a landmark anthem the awesome track Lets Fly. Breeze proudly believes that this is the track that thrust him into a regular slot at some of the most talked about rave parties in the world Helter Skelter, Dreamscape, Slammin Vinyl, Hardcore Heaven and Fusion.
