Lenni has been an influential part of the rave scene particular in Birmingham helping to nurture and create the new found sound back in 1990 to what is jungle / drum and bass today.
Lenni ran Pure records in Digbeth, being one of the very few record stores in Birmingham selling hardcore music at the time. Aside from the shop Lenni, a talented musician, produced 'AJD (Who said mc’s can’t make music)' on Rough Tone Records which was played by Topbuzz throughout 1992.
It is fair to say Lenni has devoted the past 20 years of his life to the rave scene not only as a time served & much respected artist, producer & record store owning businessman but for remaining at the top of his game throughout ... Respect to the 1 n only MC LENNI !!
