QFXThe QFX are a rave/hardcore band from Hawick in Scotland. Their first album was released in December 1994 and was called "Freedom". It entered the Indie charts at number 5 and stayed in the Top 20 for 14 weeks. The QFX have also released some famous remixes including 1 of Moby's track "Every Time You Touch Me" which got QFX back into the Top 40 charts with a number 22, their first main chart hit. |

In July 1996 QFX released "You Got the Power" which entered the charts at number 33 and from their many other chart hits followed.
Band members are producer Kirk Turnbull, vocalists Steven Lawes & Debbie Hudspeth & Lorna plus dancers Barrie Brown, David Goonery and Brian Nelly. QFX have now had over 2 million sales world wide from countries as far afield as Australia and Japan. Their tunes Freedom was the theme to Mel Gibson's Braveheart movie. QFX are still going strong and in 2006 headlined at Fantazia Into the Wonderland a sellout 7000 capacity event at Glasgow's Braehead arena.
