Fantazia - Showtime - 27/01/07 - Review 8

Left our flat at about 1.30pm and headed to the airport.
Arrived at Preswick at about 5.30pm got train to Paisley Gilmour Street and then a taxi to meet Allan at his hotel.

Briefly met Keaty and Robbie D as Keaty had to get to the arena for his set.
Spent 2 hours in awe after meeting Vibes and Lively, Bass Generator, Altern 8, N-Joi, Lenny Dee and Scott Brown.

You normally cant shut me up but after meeting some of my favourite all time acts I was a little star-struck!   Allan calls us a cab and off we head to Showtime, oh dear its 9 already and we are missing the forum meet.

Get to Braehead and over whellemed by the atmosphere the whole queue chanting and going wild. Get up to forum meet at about 9.30 and bump into Kilwinkie Raver first and then Mad Elaine. Phone Zippy and she comes to meet us to and then I get to meet Charlie Fantazia. Then meet Jamhay and Katie.

Catch the last bit of Altern 8s wicked set and then go off on a wander! Arena is huge!

Stairs a bit hairy, set off looking for the rest of the forum.

Manage to stumble across Bex upstairs in the house room and take a pic, a member of N-Joi insists on being in our photo (God we cant go anywhere!lol)

Bump into more forum people, Johnny, Robbie, Sweets, Hangercrew and then Bex and Johnny get married! He even bought a ring lol!

Go outside for a fag and bump into Will, Micheal and Techno.
Come back in and manage to find Errol at last!!!!

Well what more can I say, all the Djs and acts were first class but I think I enjoyed Bass Generators set the best as I was on the balcony above the entrance dancing like mad watching the lazers!

A fantastic night apart from missing our flight home( that's another story!)
It was great meeting all the forum peeps at last, Im sorry if this review is a bit short but most of the night is rather hazy! Lol But I know I had an amazing time!
