My highlight was meeting up with MC Storm, he was originally our MC in 1992 (Brainstorm Crew) and we've not seen each other since! I went in the back of the HTID tent where he was MCing for Hixxy, when he saw me, he nearly dropped his mic in shock! That was a moment! Solaris
What a fantastic night ! Definitely the best night out I've had in the UK for a long time. Im full of aches & pains today. DJ Smurf
Fantazia that was amazing wha a f*ckin night! I feel all sad 2day as I don't know when the next 1 is ;( - Hope the next1 is in Scotland cause us Scots don't half-know how to party!
Big shout out 2 Baby D what a voice! All the DJ's failed 2 disappoint what a f*ckin night!
Fantazia any clues or plans for the next1?
Aside that its been one of my best nights out and my first Fantazia many more 2 come hopefully! This event definitely compares to Colursfest its up there with the BIG-BOY events. The atmosphere was awesome and the crowd were superb! Fantazia09
Don't think it was as good as the last time but hey I ain't complaining it was a fuckin GOOD night. Kwinkle raver
All I can say just now is fookin WOW! Hashmonster
Superb night again. Thought it was a lot better then last time and most impressed my legs held out as long as Neophyte. Stayed in the main arena most of the night and every DJ and PA was superb. Big up Bassy G, Scott Brown, Neophyte and Ellis Dee especially and Hixxy was superb in the other arena. The heads still a bit of a mess just now so time to go and chill. Respect Fantazia!!!!!!! Hangercrew
Great night - i stayed in the main arena most of the night even though some of it was a bit hard for me lol
I tried to get in the htid arena when hixxy was on but the doors had collapsed or something and the weren't lettin anyone in. My head is still buzzin and ma ears ringin Alexco
I had an AMAZING NIGHT. My first Fantazia and what a night. That main arena was HUGE. Put a smile right on my face, when I first walked in that arena: 'Obsession' by Ultra Sonic, AMAZING. I tell you I was smiling to much walking into that arena for the first time, the lazers, thousands of ravers and that tune. Never forget this night. Thank you Fantazia DJ_Alliance_0
Ellis Dee was the best of the night, Easygroove, quality, not a good time for a DJ of his calibre to be on and the system was a bit quiet at that point in the night too, but still a great set. Scott Brown, good to hear his old stuff again, quality. Ramirez, shit hot. QFX, shit hot. Mallorca Lee, surprisingly good Madman`s set was great. Dyewitness, great tunes but by that point I was to sparkled to move so I enjoyed them from the seats. Neophyte, hmm, I'm just not hardcore enough nowadays. Righside
Worst part of the night was being unable to move during the last third of Bassy's set, my whistle & my right arm had to do all the talking as it was so busy. Otherwise FANDABEEDOZEETASTICTAZIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mad Elaine
Was there thought it was really good although hardcore wasn't my cup of tea, saw some amazing sets from Easygroove main arena - on way to early though ! Ellis Dee was tops, Scott Brown also but for me top room and dj was the house room it had an amazing buzz top dj was definatly Brandon Block fair play he rocked. Smashed
WICKED variation in the tunes, 100% faultless Errol Old Skool
Absolutely no complaints for me, as no one can expect the djs to play only their faves, fantastic night all round Hashmonster
I liked the set times for this event as I am more interested in the old skool (as noted above). All of these guys were on early and that drew a line for me, hence the reason I headed early.
Still felt I got value for money, great DJ's (Bass Generator for me was the highlight of the night - yes, that's right, you heard me....), and the PA's were top too (Baby D my personal faves, with Ramirez a close 2nd). Pleasurehead
Bassy G was awesome, loved his set, proper banging old-skool hardcore from my teen days. Loved it I tell you DJ_Alliance_0 YES YES big shout out to all the forum crew!!!! I had a belter of a night yet again a was pretty melted by the time I made it to the meet up and I'm shit wie names anyway so sorry if I spoke to u and don't remember I actually nearly walked riight by everybody it was Killwinie raver who grabbed me well ma tattoos kind of give me away!!!!hahahahahaha HardcoreKyle
Digital Comandos were shit hot, first time I saw them, shame they weren't on later in the night the place wasn't 2 busy when they were on but they got me in the mood 4 a good night. Keg
Well done all the Fantazia crew for a stunning event, It was good to see that you listened 2 all the hardcore ravers and made this event a truely Scottish hardcore event. lets hope that you can keep them coming. As it said in the beginning "hardcore will never die" and with Fantazia and the helm this boat is gonna keep on rocking Dksykes
What a rave was well worth travelling (5 hours) rite up the country to go to it was amazing cheers 2 every1 up there u lot were amazing!!!! and MC Storm is quality like! You couldn't of wished for a better birthday!!!
Was a mad night like what I can remember thanks for a great birthday it will be remembered for the rest of my life!!!! Duggan
Fantazia you did again another cracking night at the Braehead last night, main arena was spot on and enjoyed every minute. Sweets
Ten times better than I expected it to be, all the Dutch guys ripped the place apart, ripped me apart anyway, didn't expect them to play, all the tunes they did, just kept on bangin them oot TREMENDOUS Interterm
Big up to everyone who saw us @ Fantazia last night ...what can I say?!! You guys were F*ckin AMAZING!! U gave us such a buzz on stage . Also had a wee bop out and about in the Arenas ...good vibes all round, happy days! Ian Dream Frequency
Well where should I start? 2 of my mates came round to mine at 8.30 in the morning, for us all then to proceed to the train station with 5 bottles of the one and only tonic wine! Needless to say 3 bottles got tanned on the train journey to Glasgow. After a few in the pub and a taxi to Breahead Arena the messiness started to begin, straight to the dance floor I went, in my own world as always with the fluorescent vest, the face mask, and the glow sticks, it was time to go mental! Sets I can remember include Ellis Dee, Baby D, Dye Witness, QFX, Paul Elstak, Scott Brown, more importantly I finally got to see Neophyte and what a fucking set! Highlight of the night for me with some stomping Gabba! Also Bass Generator was immense, playing the Scottish style Old Skool, which just brought back all those memories of my first tapes I had like 11 years ago. Was briefly in arena 2 where I heard some really decent Freeform. Anyway 10 hours of non-stop ravin with thousands of ravers just as fucked up as I was and goin just as mad as I was is just amazing!! Having some really lovely ladies wanting to go on my shoulders was good, got bit annoying after a while though but I was having such a good time I just couldn't say no, if you had seen what little clothes they had on then you'd understand, besides, I'm a gentleman! Then there was the craziest after party back at the hotel, at first just with a couple of folk we had just met, and then we all got invited to another party with some really mad Aberdeen folk, a couple of them I had met before, combined we all had the supplies to make it one hell of a party! We just basically got extremely messed until we had to leave our rooms, and when I say messed I mean FUCKING MESSED, didn't really want to go home! It was the perfect end to a perfect night and I can safely say that was better than the last Fantazia and that I was the most wrecked I've EVER been! Big shout out to all the folk I met, new and familiar faces, if I spoke to you then you may remember me by the fluorescent vest I was wearing, it had 'Addiction Crew on Tour, Forres Divsion' written on it. Roll on the next Fantazia!! Forres_raver |
