World Dance's team have won "Live" magazines best produced Dance Event in 1994 and 1996 for show at Wembley and Lydd Airport, going on to win the "Best International Event" category at the Dancestar World Music Awards in 2001 for the New Year Event at the Dome, c-promoted with the Ministry of Sound. They are often asked why World Dance have not promoted more events in recent years, the answer being that they are often contracted as consultants for other organisation and along with planning the biggest New Year Eve parties in history their diary is always fill. World Dances expertise has been utilised by some of the worlds leading dance brands including Cream, Dance Valley Amsterdam, Renaissance and of course Ministry of Sound. At the end of 2003 they returned to Canvas on Saturday the 1st of November for a firework spectacular as only they know how, before again assaulting the Dome on New Years Eve. 2004 they plan to take Drum and Bass events to the next level with 2 major shows, one celebrating their 15th Anniversary. The Legend Continues...... Nigel of N-Joy on doing his first E at World Dance, 1989 ‘Adamski had just played a wicked set as we walked on to the stage. I started to come up really fast on the E. I started this pathetic little keyboard line. It sounded so shit I said "Turn up the bloody drums Chris!" He looked back at me as said "What drums?". It was 8am and everyone at this huge rave was off their head waiting for us to be brilliant and we were barely audible and shite. After that I didn’t dare perform for months’ .
