Dave PratleyDave Pratley is the main face behind the Helter Skelter organisation. Dave has been involved in the scene from the very start and Helter Skelter is one of the oldest and longest running of the rave companies and is named due to Dave's family links with running carnivals. Besides running Helter Skelter Dave Prately also set up various other brands covering other musical styles including Accelerated Culture and De Ja Vu. Besides holding raves Helter Skelter released many successful albums and were ones of the largest producers of tapepacks & rave videos in the country. The organisation is not dead just dormant for the time being.
