Krome & TimeKrome & Time, real names Bernard Simon & Terry Holt (also performed as Higher Level & Serotonin) are a hardcore/jungle act from the UK best remembered for their Hardcore anthems The Slammer & This Sound Is for the Underground both released on Suburban Base. They also made the drum n bass tunes The License and Ganja Man (on Tearin Vinyl their own label). There original collaboration names was Kromozone for early rave tune The Rush, then shortly after as Timebass for 'Fireball'. Under their new moniker, a combination of their two previous, the twosome enjoyed their biggest success yet on such heavy tracks as 'This Sound is for the Underground', 'Manic Stampede' and the proto-Drum n Bass 'The Slammer'. The duo also reworked Smart E's massive hit 'Sesame's Treet' removing the cheese and allowing the tune to still be spun by moody DJs everywhere.
