Postage is free on all orders from the UK & Ireland this includes sending your original tape packs back to you by first class delivery with a proof of posting (allowing a claim up to £32). If you wish the items to be covered for more do choose the Special Delivery option or if you want to ensure you sign for the item choose recorded delivery. For overseas orders please do choose the insured option. We are not responsible for any loss of any original item by Royal Mail, though we will send a copy of the new CD(s) free of charge as replacements.

Once we receive your payment we will get in touch with you and send you details of where to send your items and a likely turnaround time. It is a good idea to send us an email with details of the items you wanted converting. Once we receive the items we will begin the conversion.

We aim to turn your order around with 7 days, but this can vary according to the time of year. If you need a firmer idea please get in touch and we will confirm a conversion time. We can also do items faster by special request.

Where the original tape is 80 minutes or more we will split the set into 2 CDs, this is because the maximum music on a single CD is only 80 minutes. We will have to charge you for the extra for the second CD, however we will give you the option to just have 1 and miss out the remaining minutes. We will email you if this is the case.

Yes, roughly every 5 minutes or so . DVDs have a Title page with a clip from the video and buttons to skip to various part of the DVD.

In the rare occasions that one of your discs is faulty please send us an email with your name and address and details of the item that you have a problem with and what seems to be the matter and we will deal with it promptly.

The finished CDs or DVD will be sound and look as good as the original tape or video you send to us. We provide a printed label to the item with the event name and DJ. This is then sent back to you in a plastic wallet in a padded bag. If your item is a copy of a copy quality will not be as good as from an original recording.

Yes we do convert any sort of items/audio. We have convert lots of things from rave tapes, to peoples band demo tapes from when they were at school, karaoke recordings of people to play at a Hen party, speech recitals and beloved mix tapes from people teenage years.

If you have a beloved rave tape or video that you want saved and it is not available from the original promoter, we are able to facilitate this for you. We can convert your own recordings of non rave audio as well. We have conduct various job from converting old band demo tapes to karaoke recording for Hen party's.
