After a short while on the original Rude FM 104.3 interest in Lok-I started to pick up and event bookings started coming in. He began performing at local raves and caught the eye of local DJ/Promoter Filthy Dirty Rich. Lok-I began doing shows and performing at raves alongside Filthy and this led to them both getting a show on the worlds leading drum and bass station. KOOL FM on friday nights 11 to 1 am.

In 2002 Filthy Dirty Rich began Pyrotechnic Radio and Lok-I was invited to be one of the main drum and bass MCs on the station for a good couple of years. By this point, Lok-I was fast becoming known to the public due to his hard work on the Internet & FM airways and his unique style in front of large live audiences whilst on stage at arena events such as Innovation, Breakin Science, Jungle Fever, Best of British, Telepathy, One Nation, Desire & Slammin Vinyl to name a few.

It was Lok-I's residency at Telepathy in 2001 which led to him becoming friends with Bassman & Trigga of the then Shadow Demon Crew, fast forward to 2006 and Lok-I is now a new recruit of the Shadow Demon Coalition which now consists of DJ Sly, Bassman, Trigga, Lok-I, Juiceman, Shaydee & Spyda.

Lok-I has become an MC that people know and love to hear out in raves due to his unique ragga-edged vocals and his free styling ability. From pure determination and recoginition he has recently landed a residency at a number of new events, Breakology, Raveology and Hysteria...
